ANTHRO API-GEN (PVT.) LTD. RCCI Industrial Estate, Rawat, Islamabad:

ANTHRO API-GEN (PVT.) LTD. is manufacturing API’s for Pakistan and exportation abroad as well, primarily focused on producing top quality API’s belonging to ‘General & General Anti-Biotics’ group of medicines. Anthro’s manufacturing unit can produce up to 240 tons of various API’s per annum .

Anthro’s manufacturing unit has a covered area of approx. 30,000 Sq.Ft. It comprises of Production area, Quality Control Area, Quality Assurance Area, Stores, Engineering & Services, Drum Shed, Admin Block etc.

Anthro’s manufacturing unit is a state-of-the-art API’s manufacturing facility designed as per guidelines of DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) and WHO (World Health Organization), with GMP compliance. Anthro is a ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certified unit.

Anthro’s manufacturing unit is a fully HVAC controlled environment, special consideration has been given to maintain excellent health and safety. ‘Toxic Air’ omissions have been controlled through scrubbers and effluent treatment plant has been specially designed and installed for catering ‘wastewater’ treatment, so that our environment & surroundings remain healthy and safe.

EQUIPMENT & MANUFACTURING HIGHLIGHTS:

·        The production department has all the required equipment / machinery to run highly specialized operations.

·        All Equipment are CGMP Product contact parts are made of Stainless Steel 316-L, Teflon and glass.

·        It is also ensured that equipment design and operational protocols facilitate efficient manufacturing and cleaning.

·        Plants are designed to maintain separate materials and personnel flow.

·        Separate and dedicated manufacturing plants for MPP.

·        Quality, Health Safety and Environment systems are in place.

·        Plants has its own waste water treatment system which is being upgraded to Bio-cleaning technique.

·        Plants Internal Environment is controlled through HVAC.

·        Emission are controlled through Scrubbing system.

·        Plants has its own first line fire fighting.

·        Fire safety evacuation drills and Trainings on safety are carried out periodically.
